Weekly change of sheets, pots and pans, electricity,
water, television, use of garden equipment and tools,
barbeque.
Additional
Costs:
Additional bed 20 € per day, cradle free.
Kitchenette cleaning 10 euro, daily cleaning prices
to be established. In winter months heating costs are based
on consumption. The price includes the final cleaning of the rooms.
Discount of 25% (on the price of the additional
bed) for children under eight years old.

PAYMENT
METHOD
A down payment of
40% of the total price is to be sent by bank transfer
including- reason for payment, name of the person
that made the reservations and the period of stay.
Send a fax stating: the amount transferred, specify
the names of the guests for whom the reservation
is requested, and the date of the period of stay.
